Le texte des cartes est justement la clé ici.
voyons ça :
Tyene : Reaction: After you win an [Intrigue] challenge in which Tyene Sand is participating as an attacker, place a poison token on a character without an [Intrigue] icon. At the end of the phase, if that character still has that poison token, remove it and kill that character.
Eyrie : Reaction: After a phase begins, kneel The Eyrie to choose a character. Until the end of the phase, that character cannot be killed.
Donc ici the Eyrie continue jusqu'à la fin de la phase (until the end) alors que le poison de tyene (ou tears d'ailleurs) agit juste "At the end".
"At the end" se déroule juste après "until" donc eyrie ne protège plus.
Ca a même été ruled officiellement ici : http://www.cardgamedb.com/forums/index.php?/topic/31463-eyrie-vs-tears/
